This is Turtle from the House of Dreams cat shelter. She's super cute, but apparently she doesn't use a litter box, so they fear she will live there for the rest of her life. They wonder if she just isn't comfortable with all of the cats and would start to use a box if adopted into a home by herself, but who is really going to take that risk to find out? :(
